August marks the start of new things for our eighth group of apprentices (seen below) as they embark on their final month of training at Fifteen before beginning their journey as newly-qualified chefs. We wish them the best of luck in the future and are sad to see them go. Yet there is little time to reflect as our team of professional chefs who have mentored them throughout the year, must start preparing for the next group of apprentices, due to start in September.
